or if your gonna buy new, id reccomend Pro West torque converters, they do an awesome job, very strong and great pricing :)

Vic Auto does torque converts i think, if they dont there is a shop that makes custom ones, had a 4000rpm made for the dragster back in highschool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

90% of the people in my school drove rice, so if we had a drag racing team, it would have been a civic on blings with the stereo pounding during it's 17+ second runs.

the drag team was awesome. we had a caged and tubbed 76 Vega running a forged 383, spun 10,000 rpm,backed with a th350, kevlar bands, kevlar blanket, narrowed 9" 5:47'1 gears.
she runs 11.7 with the low gears, and low 5's -hi 4's on our so called 1/8 mile here on the island.
