Has anyone ever installed a engine start push button in a third gen? If so is it easy and what wire do i connect it to and how do i go about it?

I myself wired up one of these for my car. It was pretty simple, the ignition still has to be in the on position with the key. The button is wired direct to the starter meaning that it'll turn over even when the ignition is off and it totally bypasses the clutch safety switch.
but since im not good at explaining these things I will point you in the direction of ThirdGen.Org
this is a link to a related thread hopefully it proves helpful to you. http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/electronics/11567-push-button-start-instructions.html?highlight=start+button

Don't these too statements contradict each other?
Edit: Nevermind, I'm retarded.

Start switches are cool, I could help you out. Did you still want to keep the Ignition key ?
