why doesn't car start?

My car is having trouble starting. It'll turn constantly before sputtering to life and then it will run fine. It doesn't stall or hesitate, only starts rough. I've replaced the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter. Also changed the spark plugs. Going to check the fuel pressure today but if the car is running fine, I don't see how the pump could be the problem. Anyone?

More than likely an IAC problem, Excessive cranking then the car tries to idle very low, pull the IAC valve out and check for carbon build up, DO NOT PLUG IT IN OR POWER IT UP TO SEE IF IT MOVES if it comes out of it's housiing you'll never get it back in.
