Well me and frenchy88 were heading to wendys on 200th just across from mopac, we were just turning into wendys and i hear this ringing type alarm noise never heard a cop siren like that so I didnt think anything of it and kept driving slowly into the wendys parking lot when red and blue light light up the interior of my car and the cop siren goes on. So I pull into a parking spot cop comes up to me i have my insurance papers and licence in my hand ready to hand to him, he says whats the rush boys Im like nothing then he askes where were heading and I say wendy's he said we were going 100 in a 60 zone he asks whos car it is and i say mine so he takes my insurance paper and licence to his car mean while im freaking out inside my car and he comes back and says slow it down guys and thats it no ticket or nothing didnt even give me a warning, so as hes walking back to his car I yelled to him am I getting a tick and he says no its your lucky day. We were really going 120 in a 70 zone so he didnt catch us on radar, But I was so thankful I didnt get a ticket.
hahahah thats hilarious.
one time i got a ticket for 139 in a 80
when i was really doing 170 lol
Didn't get a warning? Are you sure about that?

if he didnt get a ticket stamped with warning on it, then its not a warning.

Guess I didnt get a Warning then.
That's an official warning...
Telling you to slow down next time is still a warning.

I guess what they're saying is that it doesn't really matter that he gave them a verbal warning....which counts for jack all....so really he didn't get a warning.
Ps. does it really matter whether he gave him a warning or not?

if he puts it in on the comp that he gave a warning next time will be a ticket for sure. giving a verbal warning means it counts for shit all because now next cop that catches him wont know he's already gotten a warning.

im pretty sure NO warnings go into the system....i got pulled over and given a good amount of warning and was in my prom dates uncles cop car a few days later. we ran my licence and nothing AT ALL came up...that was pretty sweet cuz it means my excessive on new years eve got dropped :D

oopsie I meant $475....crap now I can't remember what it was ......i thought the total on that ticket was like $485 - ish* but lets see...excessive speeding is roughly $350 ...not having my N was ....$109 I think and not having my glasses was another $109 ....i thought, guess not, that would make it roughly a $586 ticket.....wait.....maybe it was that much * * I don't remember it was so long ago, guess I'll be refreshed when they take me to court :hs:

then why the heck were you so concerned as to whether or not he got a warning?!
I was simply correcting his english.
And my second post I wasn't and am still not sure if warnings go into the system or not. Personally It makes no sense if they actually put them through. I'm sure a cop wouldn't hold his job long if his superiors knew for a fact he was letting people get away with breaking the law :)
I could be wrong though
