92 Trans-Am convertible for sale

1992 Trans-Am convertible dark green with black top and interior. EXTREMELY rare factory 5 speed. The engine is the better output 305TPI (230hp/300ft #'s torque). Of the 663 convertible t/a's built in 92 only 94 were 5 speeds! This car is absolutley fun to drive!!! Even with the weak clutch that is in the car it will lay a tremendous posi patch off the line.
It does need some cosmetic work but the car is solid and comes with a brand new haartz canvas top (black) and new clutch. I bought it last summer from a friend of mine who was in financial trouble and have had very little time to even look at it. The wheels are the correct 16" black center cross lace style with new tires. It also comes with some misc. parts I have collected for it. In time this car will be one of the most valuable third gen f-body cars. I am looking to get $6800.00 CDN for the car. If you have ever wanted a 91-92 convertible this may be your only chance to buy one locally. The car is currently stored in a garage in Abbotsford, BC (Canada). If it does not sell I will put it up for sale in hemmings or possibly on ebay. I would also consider a part trade with a 3rd gen z28/iroc + cash - must be fairly clean and V8. The car has only about 115,000k. It has only been driven about 10,000k in the last 5 years. It doesn't appear as though the car was garaged for most of it's life - a little rough in the "minor dent" and paint department - but no rust. I also have a brand new set of 18" billet Centerline "Avenger" rims with 95% tread Toyo tires (245 front 275 rear) that I may sell with or without the car. They are not included with the car at $6800. I probably would sell them only if the car was already sold or I may keep them for a later project. I am dying to put them on though 'cause it will look very nasty.

In case anyone is interested I wil sell the car with the 18" Centerlines for $7800 CDN Firm. The rims and tires alone are almost $3000 CDN new!! This is a smokingly good deal for this rare T/A. Summer will be here soon and it is much more fun in a convertible!!!
Will still look at a partial trade for a 3rd Gen Z28/IROC or other interesting muscle car project + Cash.
