What gears do i have?

i couldn't find it on google...i was wondering what the 97 z28 t-56's came with for gears...i read that it was 2.73? =/

3.42 like all the other 94-97 Z28's with T-56's

2.73 was auto and 3.23 was optional

sure way of finding out is to check the RPO codes on ur door, then do a quick search on the net :)

3.23 or 3.73

you might not have RPO codes so your best bet is to run your car in forth at 70 mph and I think the RPM should be what gearing you have .... or you can spin the axle or you can pull the cover and count.
