4 barrels dont open

i got a edelbrock 650 on my 350 right now but the 4 barrels dont open when i step on it and i dont know the edelbrock carbs to well anyone know wat it could be

how do you know they arent opening? more detail would help out greatly :)

when im sittin in the drive way with it running i went to c if they opened just playin with the throtle and they wouldnt open
