Man I hate being stuck up here in the frozen north (yeah, that's right, it snowed again just two days ago) and now today there's a fucking "air quality warning". I'd do anything to get back to the coast/island, but no, after I'm done school here at the end of April I'm heading further north or probably out to Alberta so I can make enough $ to go to BCIT next year. This sucks!

Duh! Of course it's nice there, there's just no gainful employment for me there. I've got a sweet job driving gravel truck in the oilfield here. And yes, Fishing Lake is small, it's a Metis settlement about 1 hour NW of Lloydminster. No I'm not Metis, but my cousin's b/f (my boss) is.
