E-Brake Cable

WOHO!!! all last 5 topics are mine in this section. Am I the only one that doesn't know how to stop a car?

I'm wondering, how much resistance is there suppose to be between the rubber outer cover and the inner metal wire?

What I mean is, with one hand on the outer cable and one hand on the inner wire, should you be able to move it?

If it should move, mine doesn't... Anything I can do other than getting new cables?

lol as much as i appreciate the responses now, it would've helped so much more before I put them on.

Oh well it's a learning process ;D
