I believe nissan had a v8 car once dont know if it was turbo tho; it likely was.

personally, i have a feeling they only gonna introduce the RS(v6) and Z28(v8) in the first year and then bring bring out the SS later on down the road to prevent losing sales with the Z28!

why's that?

the SS was just a straight line car especially the 396's

the z28 was a high revving v8 with nice suspension that dominated the major racing leagues of that time

z28s are also more rare and can fetch up to 100k for a numbers matching 302 zapper
