thanks.
took it for a drive and it's rubbing on the outter edge of the fender when going over dips in the road, but seems to do fine when going over small bumps or small speed bumps it won't rub.
my freind suggested using a pipe and roll it against the lip on the fender. i dont know what to do if that doesn't work, besides taking the lowering springs off and raising it back up a bit.

what are you using for spacers outback?

1 1/4"
i was told by someone else that fit these wheels on his 4th gen it's the spacer to go with, but now i'm wondering if 1" would have been better. i've gotta get in there and see how much space i have between the wheel and inner fender.
they fill up the wheel well quite nicely though, can't even get a hand in there to feel around.
they also raised the car up a bit which i'm happy about because i no longer have to worry about scraping as much, it was horrid before.

they look good on there , and dont roll your fender out.

why not? i don't see any other way to get it to stop rubbing on the fender. besides raising it up which i don't want to do because i like the stance of the car as it is.

well for one thing your fronts are plastic and the backs ...well i just wouldnt do it to my car, but whatever you figure, just be carfull.
i wouldn't recommend rolling your fenders your self get a body shop to do it.i I tried it once and cracked the paint but have heard others use a pipe and it works fine.
Or you could change the spacers to slimmer ones.

but then it might rub on the inner fender. i have to take a look see if i can get away with slimmer spacers.
anyone recommend a body shop to get the fenders rolled?

it would only be the rear being rolled, the front tires don't rub at all.

a 315 fits in the back of those cars so you sould be able to get away with a smaller spacer

yeah, i'm thinking it might be the spacer that's too big.
anyone know the stock tire diameter for this car? right now these back ones are 26.5" which i think is around the stock diameter but i'm not positive on it.

wheels look awsome buddy, if you're looking to get your fenders rolled call Keep Autolab on Mitchelle island, they do a great job.
