Beginners header question

hey well i got the headers in today and i was told to take the shitty paint off of it then spray it with some of that high temp stuff so it resists heat... by questions is.... the insides have that black paint too should i strip that paint off too and spray the insides of the headers with the heat stuff???

you probably should but it would just burn off when you run it for awhile. I have a header question too, i have an exaust leak on cylinder 6, I think the gasket isnt set in there right. Should I take off the header and jimmy it around and put it back on or get a new one.
