opinion on some audio

gonna be running 2 type r 12's 4+4ohm was thinking of running the alpine pdx 1.600 mono amps 1 per sub, to 2ohm. worth it to go to the 1000's? not looking for max spl, just something thats not gonna shit out at the first sign of a bass cd lol worth it to buck up on the 400hp/per? lol

just want it all to match, thats why. i already have a pdx 4.150 for the components. going for looks too.

well those subs are rated for 500rms each. i fed em 600+ each for long time and held up pretty good... if you can afford it go for the 1000s i guess, just dont cry if/when the subs blow
