and how long does it take to install these? and does it involve removing the cylinder heads?

no just removal of the valve covers, you will need guide plate, fairly in expensive, and studs depending if you go with a bigger stud RR. im not sure of the harland sharp ones but i do know that some brands are available in stock stud sizes and bigger sizes. shouldnt take too long for install as well, for a small fee canadian high performace will offer on site installation of the RRs on prearranged days if needed.
