View Full Version : Which exhaust brand will be loudest?

ok so due to some comments on my last post, and some advice from a proffessional, i am going to be keeping my t/a a fake dual exhaust because i dont want to be a hack job trying to run true duals. so right now my options are magnaflow, flowmaster and a dynomax catback system...keep in mind my t/a is bone stock. i am going for loud! i have heard that the dynomax is very loud but i cant find a sound clip for it without the car in the clip having all these extra mods like a cam, headers etc. i would like to hear some of your guys opinions. thanks.

dude i just put a dynomax SS ultra flo part# 17266...bout 200 bucks though, but it flows better than borla and sounds fucking AMAZING

I have a Flowmaster on my T/A, its Quiet you can barely hear the fucking thing. I think it was louder with the stock exhaust.

If you just want it loud run 3" pipe with no muffler.

dont do that, use a muffler, i like flowmaster.

dude i just put a dynomax SS ultra flo part# 17266...bout 200 bucks though, That's cheap compared to corvette exhaust that usually cost over a grand, same with headers, fbod mods are very reasonably priced.

The Rad & Exhaust shop here has a set. They've been there for a long time tho.

Thats cool!! :DOnly problem is pulling into gas stations, driveways etc is going to be a pain in the ass. :(

I have the same muffler but the welded one and it's very loud. Ive used Magnaflow and Hooker Aerochamber as well and the Dynomax Ultraflo by far is the loudest
