when you type like this, people will think you have mental issues. there is a difference between "s" and "z". for a reason.
and what the fuck does this, "he but my smallblock that yanked tire", mean?

Theres no real set price as you can just buy mounts and stuff it in with a modified harness that works and some fuel fitting adaptors and such or you can spend lots of money making it really clean

Ok my debt is paid off, and I just got the bad news on my 81 monte that had an engine fire.
The fire was a lot hotter than I or anyone else thought. My BRAND NEW Holley carb that was installed a week before the fire has apparently MELTED into the Edelbrock Torker intake I bought off dwayne.
All the seals in my block are melted. Im looking at a complete rebuild, OR dropping in something else instead.
Heres what I want: I want a 305 or 350 SBC. I want 10.5:1 compression. I want High Output... Is there anything else I want? fuck I cant think right now....

I'll have a complete 305 TPI swap including a 700r4 transmission that are in great shape with about 150,xxx kms in about a month. Swap will include wiring, computer, serpentine belt system, mounts, exhaust manifolds and pretty much anything bolted to the engine before it comes out of my 88 camaro.
$1000 for it all.

wow. You have my attention.
But i wont need the tranny.
What would you charge for just the TPI, intake, computer, wiring, etc?
SmokeShow
10-07-2008, 05:30 PM
well I cant use the transmission at all and really just want everything gone
so if you take it all, including the transmission, no less then $900
since you dont need the tranny, you can sell it and make some money back. I'll let you deal with it lol :)

I've got a 350 TPI supposedly pulled from an '89 bird, complete with wiring harness, intake, tpi, distributor, heads, manifolds, etc. rebuilt with a federal mogul rebuild kit, bored .030 over, new timing chain, etc. etc.
pm me if interested.
