Help pls!

Vic powder coating pretty cheap they charge something like $60-75 a wheel so that shouldn't be too expensive. But then again it's in vic :P

aiight so I didn't actually get around to calling up apex until today.

The guy there was uber helpful on the phone and he actually ended up recommending I go somewhere else.

He gave me all sorts of info and tips on what should be done, and what to ask anywhere I happen to go to get this done. He suggested I check out "rainbow" and gave me a number (604)521-0899, who i proceeded to call up and the guy there was really nice too.

Turns out Rainbow has a smaller factory and its less of a deal to set up a tank with a custom color (color that wouldn't already be set up and ready for coating)... which in turn saves me money. Apparently because the STB is powdercoated from the factory, it's not very likely that stripping will be required, which is also gonna save money.

In the end, for a nice coating of blue, he told me it'd prolly run 40 bucks. I sat silent for a little too long, a little caught-off by the surprisingly miniscule cost, and let him know that I'd be down to pick a color as soon as the part arrives.

Just thought I'd post all this for anyone who might be going through the same thing in the future that'll be smart enough to do a quick search on the matter.
