Hatch not centered

The hatch on my 88 Camaro is off center. I was wondering if there is any kind of adjustment for it. The passenger side of it basicly needs to be pushed up but without ripping it all apart I don't know exactly what is wrong or if it is just an adjustment problem or what.

Anyone got any ideas?

like it's lower on one side? or it's pushed to one side?

if it's lower on right, it's probably bent somewhere. kinda weird

basically mine was pushed to the right and i got someone to hold the hatch up while i readjusted the bolts...seemed to do the trick

Its lower on the right side and closer on the left to the side of the car. It's like crooked. I will take pictures this weekend and post them next week.

You have a partially failed strut. They need to be matched. See Srut Wise in Surrey, he'll fix you up cheap!

No, the struts are brand new and the hatch has been like this even before I put the new struts in.
