i got this NOS bottle that my buddy gave me but ppl say its expired or somethin. how can i chack if it is or not and if it is is there a way i can use it or get it opproved?

there should be a stamp on the bottle showing a date, like a propane tank for a BBQ, basically if the filler sees and expired bottle they won't fill it.

and if tech sees it and its filled they will rage on you :P
i think mopac can get them re certified ???
if they do fill it they can loose there licence like lordco did last year on a important race weekend.

you take it in and they replace the valve and re stamp it and your good to go!!!!

I used a place in New west called Royal City Fire Services. For $30 they inspected and tested my old bottle and restamped it. Any place that certifies dive tanks should be able to do it as well. Good to go for another 10 years now.

i can re-certify them i just need to pressure test them.
