Are you talking about Rob Fellows vs. Ron Fellows? They are brothers. Both raced in the series.

I have more info on this event under in the Events forum Events : Upcoming and Past under the title "Attention GM Motorsports Players car owners & operators"
The event in short is that the Vintage Racing club (www.vrcbc.ca) holds a race in July (not sure of the exact date next season as the schedule is not yet updated) They are allowing Players GM Motosports series cars only to have a lapping session throughout the 3 day race weekend. Really cool event to run your car at a race event at race speeds but really controlled so no real danger to the cars except how hard you drive it. We usually get between three and five 15 minute minute sessions per day over each of the three days. Only 10 or more Ex Players cars will be accepted.
You usually meet ex drivers and owners of the series and no track experience is needed as Tony Morris Jr. an ex series driver with his father Tony Morris are the lapping instructors. I will keep the forums updated on upcoming news but it is a great event.
Let me know if you think your cars might be road ready and you are interested in the event at all or have any more questions.
Thanks
Darrin

Id really like to come out...
are many of the old drivers helpful when it comes to info on the series/cars?

Most definitely they are... I ran into an old mechanic (who is usually at most of the races) and he was able to tell me all about the original parts and technical equipment that belongs on the car. Frank Allers was there and he took the car out on the track that gave driving tips. Old owners and drivers that still have parts and other GM Motorsports memorabilia laying around. It's a great weekend.
