it only takes about 20-25 min from kensigton exit in burnaby I drive it few times a week, record time saturday mornin at 6 AM, 13 min from my house(near burnaby north secondary) to 198th and 56th, that was fun

yes, a lil closer to 170 at some points :-[ usually i am quite safe driver, but there is a couple occasions i am lucky to still have a licence after. like being 2 hrs late for a friend bday at old spaghetti fact. on water st, and going 180 down granville, blowing by a cop :-\
