I've got both the 062 vortec heads and the correct HSR intake and i'm ready to slap them onto my sb 350 in my 91 z28. Any imput on my choice? recommendations? issues i may run into? has anyone here attempted this?

hope to hear from you.

Do it and see. If it explodes, it wasn't meant to be.

Got an HSR on my 1991 Z28. With polymounts my plenum was leaving indents in the hood insulation. I ended up with a cowl hood but that was my intention anyways.

Ya. Need the different rad hose and thermostat housing off the intake. Also need different fuel lines to the rail. EGR needs to be deleted in the tune as well which is very easy. There was a website on the HSR with all the part numbers and fittings to put it on a third gen. Ill see if I can find it.

Site is gone now. Was www.stealthram.com but if you search TGO theres tons of threads on it.

If you decide to cam it be ready to tune it. SD cars aren't as forgiving as MAF when it comes to cams. Also hear that stock TB also have issues but can't confirm this as I never ran stock
