i wanna use the top end off a tpi 305 third gen. does anyone know if ill need accesories as well as pulleys from the f body tpi? the car is a carbed 83 cutlass.
any tips will be helpfull.

I just did an 87 tpi 5.0 with 700r4 swap into my 80 malibu, it's alot of work but I will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

hey sweet thanks!!! what did you use for the fuel system/tank? some recomended me to use a efi tank out of a 4.3 tbi monte.

Yes that is the way to go because it has baffles in it as well it has a vent line out for the vapor recovery, also if you install a walbro in tank pump it will be quieter.
I used my stock tank with an external pump (noisy) as well when I am at or below a 1/4 tank if I go up a hill the pump sucks air (very bad) and because the stock pick up only has 2 fittings on it which I used for the feed and return lines I used a vented gas cap and lost the vapor recovery system.
I used 3/8 feed and 5/16 return lines and if I were to do it again I would spend the money on steel braided because that tubing was a bitch to bend.

wow, that looks nice , ill be sure to hit you up when im closer to start the project. what accesories did you use? the stocker ones or the tpi ones?

You can use all your stock accessories, Things you will need;
tpi intake system
o2 sensor
oil pressure switch
knock sensor
fuel pump
fuel return line
fuel filter
electric fans
computer
harness (painless rules)
air intake system
camaro throttle cable (yours is to short)

I used the malibu rad and fabricated mounts for the camaro fans.
