Is there a brand that stands out as "the best" or are they all pretty similar???
i know u get wut u pay for in most cases, but im not made of money, im on a very tight budget, but i also dont wanna do anything really "half-assed", im looking for a brand that is the best of both worlds.
If u r running either of these, let me know wut kind u have and wut u think of them, thanx.

Mac Subframe connectors were like $260 from mopac
if you get them, do you wanna see if you can get a better deal if you get 2 sets

BMR

Increase the rigidity of your front subframe assembly by tying the two strut mounts together with a BMR strut brace. Available in 2 or 3 point designs, these braces feature strong, 1/4" mounting plates and 1.25" diameter tubing. All mounting plates and center logo plate are precision laser cut. 3 point braces have strong, clevis mounted ends instead of the "pinched tubing" designs offered by other competitors. All mounting hardware and instructions included. Available standard in your color choice of red or black powdercoat, additional colors also available by special order. Click Here for a large image of an installed 3 point brace.

actually bmr stuff is junk, the only thing id trust from them is the stb and sfc, surely they cant mess up a piece of pipe. lots of guys that autocross loathe the bmr stuff. for anything other then stb and sfc DO NOT go with bmr.

finally had time to go price out these parts at lordco today.... the best deal i was told, was $380 for comp engineering sfc's and $180 for edelbrock STB...... where else can i go to get a better deal on these???

(they told me that it wouldn't be worth it to order through lordco to get the MAC sfc's or the BMR STB)

theres a best buy in surrey, burnaby, and abbotsford. there may be others that im not aware of. but a sfc is a sfc, there all pretty much the same. but theres a guy on here that will build you a custom set for under 200 cdn installed. i doubt you can beat that price anywhere. pm 10secrt. ask him he may able to build you a stb too.
