ive got a 1967 beaumont with a 355 with a weiand 144 supercharger.i want more boost and was gonna buy a new charger?any recomendations?was leaning towards the carbed s trim setup>either way its a pretty penny so i wanna get some input before i drop a few grand

Ive never used an "igloo" setup before but I believe dal used to run it.. I hear its great and I would definately recommend any Vortech Blower, the s-trim will make up to 20PSI however, it will only make 16psi efficiently (still blowing cold)

if you want more boost on your supercharger, check manufacturer reccomendations and see whats the smallest pulley you can put on it ;D then add some crazy fuel, drop some timing and hold on! :P

why not just buy a ford and start with something fast then make it faster? That's the problem with you chevy boys you are always trying to do the impossible

Well the only cars that ford makes that are fast to start with are 2001 and newer Cobras or Mach 1. Sure the 89-92 Mustangs are cheap and easy to make fast but they are "Belly buttons"... Everybodies got one. ;D

Your on this site too!!! ;D. I'm the guy you bought the Beaumont from. :( I still miss that thing. How much boost are you getting out of that blower? I hope you have slicks this year so you can keep HP to the ground

Your on this site too!!! ;D. I'm the guy you bought the Beaumont from. :( I still miss that thing. How much boost are you getting out of that blower? I hope you have slicks this year so you can keep HP to the ground
this thread is a year old :'( and he has 7 posts so i dont think hes on the site anymore :-\
