My passenger side belt has broke does anyone know how to fix this? if not fixable i heard there was a recal on them or somthin

it broke as in it doesnt retract anymore?? or doesnt lock when pulled out quickly

the seatbelt is connected to the frame bone, the frame bone is connected to the engine muscle :P
