aircare? if so then a real mild one, what year 305? id reccomend a crane powermax H-266-2 or a H-290. depends on what you want to do and hat characteristics you want the car to have

is their a difference between the motor out of a pontiac vs chevy. when i was looking at cams their were ones for the diff. motors. so do i have to buy one for a pontiac or chevy?

the cam is matched for the motor not the cam, it will be a small block chevy most likely, but cuz its out of a different car i cant tell you what it is without seeing it, you need to find out what it is. if its an origional motor out of the Parisienne, then it will be a chevy 305 non roller so a 55-87 small block cam will work.
