security light on dash on while driving

hey sup guys? sorry i havent post much .. but yah ..been buzy with school ... just had a trouble with my car last thursday my car wont start for like 5 minutes and well i thought it was my aftermarket alarm system but now i went to beam riders for them to check it .... they said that it was ok .. it was just a loose wiring but now ... .after i drove it out .. couple minutes later my security light on my dash went on .... for like 5 minutes and turns off on my dash ... then couple minutes later it turns on again ... and off again ... im worried that my engine might shut off or something while driving and oh yah also beam riders told me that its my factory security is the problem im not sure how to fix it .. does anyone know what it is .. or does anyone know how to fix it... if anyone please msg me .. here or like call my cell .... 604 317 9911.... or like anyone know how to bypass it or soemthing like that... thanks in advance... really appreciate it ...

you can probably disabe the alarm light the same way i disable my check engine light, just unplug it :P

the vat wire to your ignition prolly has a break in it,
does your car not crank sometimes?

i had that problem with my car cost me $400 for parts and $100 labour

i'd get it checked out at GM they'll scan the car

Read the codes. There is a post all ready where the instructions to "jump" the terminals (A&B) on the ALDL port is given and then tells you how read the flashes. (It always starts with "12" ... one and then two flashes, then your codes, then another "12"). It will flash each code three times and then then next. "12" is just the start of code and the end.
