ill be upgrading my stock 4x6s n 6x9s soon but do i have to change the stock speakers wiring or can i just put them in.

also im gonna run a 50.2 amp to my 4x6s...should i wire it myself?

how should it be wired and wheres a good place for the amp

its never a bad thing to change out the stock wiring... because it's old. but unless it's damaged, you wouldn't notice a sound difference.

as far as the wiring, post what you do/don't know and im sure someone will fill in the blanks.

i wouldn't drive the 4x6's with an amp they will over power your 6x9's
even though your sound is supposed to come from the front,
a 4x6 is a shiity speaker that will have trouble producing any bass or midbass
i would get a set of components to replace the 6x9's and drive them with the amp depending on the amp

what kind of amp?
what kind of deck?
your better off with just a good quality deck then a cheap deck and a cheap amp

what do you want to know about hooking up the amp?

playing with 4x6s and 6x9s is like choosing from the top or the bottom of the shit pile. If you're serious about it get some round component speakers in the front and amplify them...you'll notice a huuuuge difference
