anthing about tpi+turbo

i have to rebuild my engine anyways, and i plan to turbo it in the future. I know that i should build it with less compression, to allow for more psi. aside from shorter rods, and low compression piston heads, anything else internally that should be changed to accomidate the future tubro, and is this going to reduce horsepower much in between now and turbo time? I realize this should be under "power adders" but no one has posted on there for a couple weeks now. I have dont a little research, but some first hand knowledge would be appreciated.

and anyone know just what kinda power i can pull out of the turbo'd 350tpi? or any sites i could check out

if your gonna build a motor thats gonna take boost, be prepared to spend some serious coin
