Turbo Tech = BAD

Turbo tech in richmond are morons, I took my sonoma there to get my DFI installed a few months ago. It does run now, but they butchered the hell out of it doing it. They removed my original injector harness with a pair of side cutters, instead of removing it like it was meant to be removed. They also cut my egt gauge wires instead of undoing them and the icing on the cake was when they cut the sugnal wire going to the starter instead of unbolting it from the starter, and they put it back together with a couple of crimp connectors, now half the time the truck doesnt start and i have to get out and go wiggle the connector. So yeah keep that stuff in mind in case any of you thought about dealing with them. Anybody have anything else good or bad to say about them?

at first they seemed like great guys.. did my tuning for $300... I actually ended up with less power but a "smoother powerband" or whatever you want to call it. ANyways whatever dont care.. so I get a bill in the mail saying I owe them $500. I call up and
im like "What the fuck is this?"
hes like "oh ya remember that time you called us made an appointment and didnt come"
im like, "No"
hes like "well ya they billed us for it"
im like "and?"
hes like "you also owe me for the extra time we spent on switching your wires around"
im like " oh when you put them against my headers and burnt them?, im not paying you anything"
hes like " fine then DONT!"
and hung up lol
what the fuck kind of business man are you?
