definitely wish i would have kept it now and run some more gear and converter to it. would have been a good performer and a lot cheaper and easier than buying a whole new engine.

yes i did

folded the rods due to extreme stress and pressures due to 100% load up a 5% grade at close to 7300rpm, for extended periods of time.

i think weight was a factor too, 3/4 tank of gas, me and a passenger, slicks, tools, 3 ton jack, jack stands etc. prolly was about 4200 lol plus the uphill part. damn that 232nd hill of death to 200th

coming home from the last mission of the year, at about 12am at night. and i was racing, a mustang....... we did 3 races, smoked him in all of them, last one was a really high high speed pull. problem is, hes got a 5 speed and i got no overdrive :(

i had a 355 with about 340hp... and 2:93 posi. in a 7.5...

i was racing an rx7 down mission nighway for about 3 mins.. i was topping out my motor at 6500 doing like 240k or so id imagine, we were side by side, my car has all new springs and shit so it handles pretty dam good.. anyways thumbs as we turned off in maple ridge, i was at 220f.. because no cowl hood at the time.. but motor was fine
