negligable, only if you push the car up to the line etc. cuz as soon as you start it radiant heat from motor and air will heat up the intake again. its an old drag racing trick, to get some temp power cuz the air doesnt heat up as much. every 10 deg air is like 2-3hp power they say. it wont do much. not worth it IMO
