well there would be major traction issues...a chevette is something like 1900 lbs

if you could get good traction a decent setup in a chevette would beat most mustangs

ya thats the thing. theyre pretty light little shit cars. im not sure how feasable it is. i just thought id be sweet to smoke a few mustangs with a chevette! hehehe.

My brother told me the engine would bolt right on, but you'd have to fab up the motor mounts. Im gonna look around on the internet, im sure someone musta done this before...

a sbc swap into a chevette or acadian is apparently quite easy...there's a kit that comes with everything you need.
i dont remember where the pic was from, ive had my eye on v8 chevettes for a long time

its kinda funny to see them like that. since chevettes are known as little shit cars, most people dont treat them that good.

And where the hell did the name, 'Chevette' come from? It's like a combination of CHEVelle and corVETTE, yet doesn't look like either one, and epecially doesnt have the perfromance of them.
