how hard is it to replace that shittly little plastic window in the back of the top, to a glass one?

thanx, I havent looked into how it folds, i dont have one. but the one im getting has a rip in that little window, so i figured maybe i could replace it with glass, guess not. Also has your bro had any problems witht the 5 speed tranny behind the 350 tpi? Im doing that swap with the new vert to, and im wondering what kind of issues there might be when driving it.
