View Full Version : 671 for $200
I know this aint the for sale section but I figure it would be good here. I got a 671 v of a bus that I would sell for $200 if anybody was interested it only would require a custom intake it looks exactly the same as a regulal 671 just blots down different. I am in no hurry to sell it just offering it as a option for someone to get blown. Its dissasembled to make shure it is all good. It would propably cot 5 to 7 huundred to get this thing working if not I will use it one day.

interested in trades? if so what would u want? also would this even work say on a SBC? gettin an intake made would be to much of a hassle, is there 1 other there u could buy?
thx
ya I could be interested in a trade but, whatya got? I do not believe that there is a intake out there to fit these things already but I was told A regular one from a 671 could work with modifications. The blower just bolts down differently (angled bolts instead of straight ones). so maby just a tap and die??. I am so far away from using this thing that I would rather have somthing I can use now. Keep in mind going ths route and going to a fabrication shop to have a intake made up would be way cheaer than buying a blower. Like I said I "think" it would cost around $700 to get it going. How much can a custom intake cost, or mods to a existing one?

look at the date of the last post.. DIE THREAD DIE
live thread live. $100 it needs assembled, I believe there is one special tool required which presses two gears on in unison.. I am not doing anything with it. If anybody wants it page me with a voice 604 680 4012. I work on the fraser river by the patulleo bridge timberland road. besides a custom intake you may need a adapter to hook up a carb but that would be simply made. and maby a drive pulley or somthin.

is it possible to send me some pics of this piece, or links to ones like it. i want to see how ill bolt this up. what heads can this work with and what cant it work with.
I have no pics. do a search for 671v. It will work with whatever heads you build the intake for.

You mean you bought that shit, not built it from scratch...at any rate, I did buy the blower, it's basically only good for the case and a couple odds and ends but the main catch is that it has splayed bolt holes rather than straight. Meaning when I get around to using it I really will have to build a manifold from scratch.
no i built everything from scratch the intake the drive system the carb plate the throttle linkage EVERYTHING!!!!!!
