Ok I read up on the shaved door handles and that was pretty slick job Bagged did, but that wouldn't pass tech at the track, and it's not like ill be racing all the time but would like to go for baselines and so on with mods. So I was thinking swapping door handles to something more like the 5gens have.
has anyone done it, does anyone recommend a good door handle set (off what cars/years) to use, and re keying tublers and so on is easy yes to have done yes?
anyone rekeyed so they only use one key for their 3rdgen?

no they wont pass the safety at the track nor will they pass a saftey inspection period. I bought a second pair of doors and shaved them, this way i still have the origionals so if a want to race or get a saftey i can swap em over and be ready to roll.

Ok bad typo
Sorry I meant a swap to some other door handle that is set in like "4TH GEN" style, how it is in the door giving a cleaner look then something sticking out.

ah yes, can be done and has been done. A dood on thirdgen.org did a swap but with Concorde or Intrepid handles. Do a search over there.
