I think any rwd camaro can do that, stick it into second, two foot driving required, with both feet off the pedals let it move a bit forward, then press the break and gas half a second after it, floor the gas for better results...
Watchout for rubber, it'll be 20 seconds to burn half an inch through your tires.

sheesh, this was like my 2nd post here.
It is my brothers car, it is slow! He knows, i know it, my fat 5 year old lab knows it. He was getting knew tires and felt like wasting old ones.
Internet forums should have a text style that instantly lets others know of SARCASTIC replies.
