desperate times call for desperate measures. i only go when the price is the same and they got someting i need right away in stock, instead of waiting for BB to ship it. but if i can wait and the price is cheaper i go to best buy all the time ;D

Recently my buddy went in MOPAC to get a grant adaptor for his 53 pickup. So he orders it and they ask to put a down payment on it to pay for the shipping or something. So my buddy pays half it and they say alright we'll call you when its in. So he goes home a decides that he doesnt want it anymore because he made the wheel work without it. Phones them up and says he wants to cancel so they say come on down. So when he gets there they give him the runaround saying that if the supplier has it in stock then he cant give him a refund but if they dont then they can. So now my buddy has to wait til monday.

Just shows how incompetant they are at MOPAC.

actually all places are like that, if you ordr something in you cant refund it, thats why they ask for half so you dont change your mind and they get stuck with the bill for the product. my .02 cents

I work at Can Tire and we dont do that with our parts. I've never had that problem with Lordco or NAPA either.

the key is they will if its a product they stock normally but if its a special order then they have the non refund rule.

Well they should have steering wheel adaptors as in stock items :P
