Minor in Possession, Consumption in Public and Powers of Search and Seizure are probably the most important concepts.

if you don't have keys nobody can reasonably say you had the ability to drive the car,
for the record I don't get drunk and drive,
but I know several people that have got off drinking and driving charges, for various reasons,
being charged and being convicted are to totaly different things,
I was charged with wrecklace endangerment causing boodily harm, it wasn't cheap but I wasn't convicted of it,
yes sleeping in your car could get you charged with a DUI but convicted is not the same, how ever it won't be cheap to get you off,
