Should I rebulid now, or just wait till I do my turbo project (in a year)

the Engine has 167000 kms now, and is weak (donno if thats do to it sucking to begin :-\ )

if you're planning to turbo this motor why not just wait and do a full rebuild you might end up wanting to drop the compression too.
