sc sound from the engine hehe

;D dont knwo why but i get that hissing sound its not from the open element i think it sounds like a turbo ir s.c its weird from the engine especially when i open the throttle.. its a 305 tbi with 186 xxx original kms on it is it just a warn old motor or somethisn actually wrong with it?

Where can you hear it? just when you pop the hood or can you hear it from the cockpit too?

i hear it when im driving and i heard it and when my car was videotaped street racing open throttle and sometimes i hear it and sometimes i dont its like when its warm...

sounds like a vaccum leak
do you have a propane torch
with the car running turn on the torch a small amount(don't light it) run the torch over the hoses if your engine revs up you have a leak in that area

ummmm.....torch+asian=disaster...... ill take all these into consideration and have it all checkedout when i have time..
