Help ASAP

i'm doing my timing chain for the second time because i was told it was a tooth off
Should the timing marks line up tdc intake or power
I knew I shouldn't have smoked that joint, oh well

rotate the timing marks so they are physically as close as they can be. The crank @ the top and the cam one @ the bottem. Make shure a rule can go through the center of the cam the cam gear point the crank gear point and the center of he crank gear. then smoke the green ;D
