stupid fuckin eclipse

so im rollin inpoco in my stang and it over heats, so i go to the esso on lougheed to let her cool down and all of a sudden a riced out eclipse rolls in, so being the ass driver that i am i dont let the stang cool down get in and roll up beside him. i roll down the window and ask him if he wants to race and he says i cant my girlfriend dosnt like speed, so i said its ok my car is overheating ill give u a chance, then the tool says i cant race because my car runs 13.2 at the track, but i will gun it 4 u if u want. i was like what the fuck u will gun it but u wont race? then he repeats that it runs 13.2 and that is to fast 4 me, i say Come on, he says no. i peel out of the lot, my engine overheats again but i still drive off.

never heard of an import not racing because he is to fast
